To begin, our team will help you prepare your property by giving you information and tips to make your property as marketable as possible. We will also provide you with a market analysis of sales in your area to help with pricing of your property.
Once we have set a price, we begin the process of listing the property. We do still use yard signs, of course, but we do not stop there. We take professional photographs of your property, sometimes including pictures taken by drone to show expansive properties and/or views. These photos are displayed online, via email, and through social media to prospective buyers. When working with out-of-town clients, we also have the ability to do virtual walk-throughs with potential buyers.
Not all of our strategies are cutting edge. We still count on word of mouth to help us pair the right seller and buyer. Sometimes that happens through comments on social media, but often we are able to connect buyers and sellers through our team approach, where our realtors communicate their clients' needs to each other to find a match.
